Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norco, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of Basic Work: Remove and replace culverts, catch basins, driveways and sidewalks as required. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the St. Charles Parish Council Office at 985-783-5000 no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. St. Charles Parish is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We encourage all small and minority-owned firms and women's business enterprises to participate in this solicitation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in accordance with the Public Bid Law, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. Any questions will be emailed to the Project Engineer (Steve Breeding, sbreeding@skaengr.com) prior to 10:00 AM on March 29, 2021 to be included in an addendum.
