Renovation of a municipal facility in Warrenton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Clatsop County will be the sole judge in determining award of the contract and reserves the right to reject all proposals. Substantially Complete all work prior to August 30, 2020. 1. In general, the scope is to remove existing Evaporative Cooler and install a complete new Evaporative Cooler, for the specified areas. 2. Evaporative Cooler - large dog kennel area. Room 128 and 129. Install unit on existing supply duct work and connect to existing roof top intake. 3. Provide all accessories necessary and recommended by manufacturer for complete installation. 4. Obtain and pay for permit and complete permit process with approved Final inspection by AHJ. 5. Make all electrical and water connections to new unit. 6. Existing unit: Champion Essex Model EC3000DD, Serial TC 11617 7. New unit: Champion Essex Model No. N31D.
