Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the rehabilitation of Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 dewatering system by replacing existing belt filter press, polymer mixing system, sludge feed pipe, flow splitting method, and control panels. The Dewatering Building will include upgrades for removal and replacing existing HVAC system, portion of exterior wall, windows, doors, lighting, receptacles, floor drains, and rehabilitating office space on first and second floor. Bidders must submit their original bid in a sealed envelope or container via USPS or other mailing service no later than August 18, 2020 to the address specified in the bid document. Bidders will be deemed Non-Responsive if original physical bid submissions are received after the aforementioned date. This IFB is issued on behalf of the City of Rio Rancho by the Purchasing Division, which is the SOLE POINT OF CONTACT DURING THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS.
