The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge (the Corporation) is requesting Tenders for the Bracebridge Sportsplex Entrance Feature.Work to be completed in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix "D") ST-1, ST-2, ST-3, ST-4 & ST-5 by Tatham Engineering Limited. (Tatham) The scope of work includes the construction of a new entrance feature as described on the attached drawings prepared by Tatham Engineering Limited, including the following: - Review scope of work with the Owner's Representative prior to commencing the work; - Provide all required shop drawings to Owner's Representative for review; - Install barricades, hoarding and signage around the work areas; - Excavate as required to verify size and condition of existing foundations; - Remove and dispose of all existing canopy components (with the exception of steel posts and foundations); - Modify existing steel posts as required; - Excavate and install new foundations and piers; - Backfill excavations and reinstate slab-on-grade as required; - Install new steel posts, glulam beams and CLT panels; - Install waterproofing membrane and roofing as detailed; - Stain all exposed wood elements; - Coat all new and existing steel elements; -Install glass windscreen system; - Clean up, remove all debris, remove all hoardings and barricades; and - Clean/repair any exterior landscaped areas affected by the work (sodded areas, gardens, walkways, etc.). Reinstate to original condition prior to mobilization on site.
