Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Northville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of installing approximately 1,600 feet of 12-inch water main utilizing open cut and directional drill methods. The project is located along the Clement Road corridor between Frederick Street and West Main Street. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders.
