**As of 8/26/2020, the project was awarded to Ted Bantis Excavation and Trucking for $152,303.65. This contract consists of the construction of concrete patios and foundations for installation of columbariums at Pine Grove Cemetery, with work including but not limited to: Excavating and backfilling; Constructing concrete foundations; Constructing concrete patios and asphalt sidewalks; Purchasing prefabricated columbariums; Providing an irrigation plan and installing irrigation; and Landscaping. Certified Check/Bid Bond $5,000 Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount listed above, payable to: "City of Manchester, N.H.," as security for the execution of the contract. A Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
