Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Services of a State of Florida Registered Contractor Pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation in the Following Work Classes: Drainage, Fencing, Flexible Pavement, Grading, Grassing, Seeding and Sodding, Pavement Marking, Roadway Signing, Traffic Signal, Sidewalk, and Fencing. Contractor to Provide All Required Materials, Tools, Permits, Equipment, Traffic Control, Labor and Supervision for the Construction of the North Wabash Avenue (From Crutchfield Road to Fairbanks Street). These Improvements Are as Shown in the Drawings Prepared by Aecom (Project No. 017690) and Generally Consists of Constructing a Two-lane Roadway, Sidewalk, Street Lighting, Traffic Signalization, a Railroad Crossing, Drainage, Signing, and Pavement Markings. The Bids Submitted and the Contract, if Awarded, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With This Invitation to Bid and the Project Plans and Specifications, as Prepared by AECOM for the City of Lakeland, Fl and Polk County, Without Limitation, and All Codes, Requirements, and Regulations Referenced Therein.
