Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Corinth, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
The Board of Supervisors of Alcorn County, MS will receive bids for the construction of 0.243 miles of Bridge and Approaches to replace Structure No. SA0200000000001 on County Road 755. This project is funded by Mississippi Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2018's Emergency Road & Bridge Repair Fund. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of qualified quantities. Questions regarding electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of the award. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder whose name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by the Engineer of Record. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
