The improvement consists of: Pond excavation and modification, slope excavation and embankment, bentonite soil treatment within the pond detention footprint, access road construction, modular block wall installation, water main installation, underdrain pipe installation, erosion control blanket installation, re-use of native topsoil, seeding, planting and planting maintenance, and other work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Price Range: $275,000 - $350,000 All proposals must be upon the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
