Renovation of a fire / police facility in Starke, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Scope of Work: Bradford County Fire Rescue (BCFR) is requesting proposals from qualified entities to provide renovations at Fire Station 90 that include architectural, structural, mechanical, and site improvements. The project is intended to reconfigure the existing living and office space with new flooring, single hung windows, remove existing wall mount AC unit, add two overhangs, Hardi-plank siding, drywall all interior walls, replace 2 exterior doors, skirting, paint interior and exterior and add steps to exterior opening. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on 8/7/2020 at 1000 at Fire Station 90, 13641 SW CR 227, Starke, FL 32091. All proposers will have an opportunity to ask questions at this meeting. No proposals will be accepted from firms who do not attend the mandatory preproposal meeting.
