Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Paul, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Control Number: 2139882 The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Shuler Road Paving at Champoeg State Heritage Area for the benefit of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Project Construction Start Date: September 9, 2020 Substantial Completion: October 9, 2020 Final Completion: October 16, 2020 Contractor shall be allowed two consecutive weeks to complete all on site work that impedes traffic. On site work shall not commence before September 9th, 2020. Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. Offerors need to be aware that Executive Order 12-13 established statewide policy that properties wholly owned or leased by the State of Oregon shall be tobacco free. If Offeror is selected for contract award, Offeror, and its employees, agents and subcontractors will be expected to comply with established smoking restrictions while performing services on State property.
