Site work and renovation of a civil project in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes but not limited to, Construction of one industrial wastewater (reverse osmosis concentrate) disposal injection well, two Floridan aquifer single zone monitor wells, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The injection well will have a 24-inch steel final casing with a 16-inch (outside diameter) cemented fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing to approximately 2,000 feet below land surface (bls) and a 12-inch pilot hole advanced to approximately 2,800 feet bls with a nominal 24-inch reamed open borehole to 2,500 feet, and furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT PLANT DISPOSAL WELL. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications of Project No. 31420. This project is not funded by state or federal funds. The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50% of the work based on the total contract price. Applicant may not utilize subcontractors for the role of project manager.
