Project: Queen Anne's County 911 Center Renovation, for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The site is located at 100 Communications Drive, Centreville, Maryland 21617. The work consists of the renovation of approximately 1,500 +/- square feet of the existing 6,588 square-foot Public Safety Answer Point (PSAP) Facility (911 Center) located at 100 Communications Drive, Centreville, Maryland 21617. Refer to the Contract Documents for a complete description of work. The Local Vendor preference and Local Vendor Bid criteria apply to this project. A site visit will be conducted following the Pre-Bid Meeting. Social distancing guidelines shall be observed. Bid Security is required to be submitted with the bids in excess of $100,000 in accordance with the General Conditions. Completed Conflict of Interest Disclosure & Employment of Aliens Statement is required to be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit these with the bid shall deem the bid non-responsive. Any Addenda issued shall be issued via electronic posting on the Queen Anne's County procurement electronically, accessible via the links listed. It is intended that any Addenda will also be emailed to registered Bidders; however, it is the Bidders' responsibility to ensure receipt of all addenda. Bidders are directed to the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders for additional information governing the bidding process. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
