Bid amount received $643,230.93 The Griffin Park Reopening project will involve the installation of a dog park, picnic seating area, site landscaping and provide for American's with Disabilities Act lighted sidewalk access from Griffin Way to the new amenities in the park. Online Q & A: Yes. Question deadline: july 29,2020 5:00PM. Liquidated Damages: $500 per working day. Work of this Section includes all materials, labor and equipment necessary to provide and install the Site Amenities as shown on the drawings, as reasonably implied or as specified herein. The equipment shall be assembled on site as per manufacturer's recommendations and this section. All work and equipment provided shall be subject to approval of the City Inspector. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project: GRIFFIN PARK IMPROVEMENTS, RE-BID, NIB 21-008HC The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the City for any damages arising as a result of the Contractor's failure to comply with this obligation.
