Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Schulenburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes sandblasting and recoating of an existing 300,000-gallon elevated storage tank and other improvements. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security, in electronic form, made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bid bond shall be issued by a surety company licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance to do business in Texas and to issue said bond. The bid bond must be signed by an authorized representative of the surety and the representative must be licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond upon the forms which are attached hereto in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price within 15 days after receipt of the Contract Documents. See the requirements for Performance and Payment Bonds, immediately after the Agreement, for additional information. The City of Schulenburg reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
