Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Hampstead, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal process, to negotiate with any and all responsible qualified Proposers, and to enter into an agreement with the Proposer whom the Town in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Town even though the Proposer may not submit the lowest bid or proposal. The RFP shall include: 1. Removal and disposal of approximately 700 sq. ft. of shingles on the North side steep sloped roof, 2. Sheath over existing boards, approximately 21 sheets, 3. Replace with 25-year warranty shingles, 4. Low slope EPDM rubber roof replacement removal and disposal of exiting material approximately 4000 sq. ft, 5. Install fully adhered .060 EPDM membrane on mechanically fastened base sheet. 6. White C6 commercial drip edge around the entire roof, 7. Job to be completed to warranty specifications by September 30, 2020.
