Scope of consists of renovation of the 5590 square metre (60,170 sq. ft.) building, which was constructed as a series of additions (1962, 1963, 1965, 1968, 1975, 1986 and portables added in 2004 and 2011): 1. Addition: 3 relocatable classrooms with link; new vestibule and fitness room addition on the mezzanine. 2. Asbestos abatement and demo as identified 3. New water line and sprinkler system throughout 4. New mechanical ventilation is a portion of the building 5. New structure in administrative area including walls and roof 6. New washrooms in all areas. 7. Room updates.
