The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Prequalification of Contractors for the Phase 6B Willard Canal Lining Project. The project will consist of installing approximately 1,000 LF of concrete canal liner within the existing earth lined canal, modifications to electrical & instrumentation devices, and installation of a 36" HDPE bypass pipeline. . This document contains detailed information about the project and instructions for submitting an SOQ. Only contractors prequalified through this process will be allowed to submit a bid for the construction of the project. Shortlist Confirmed As of September 23, 2020, a general contractor has been awarded and work is scheduled to begin October 2020. The exact award amount is not available but the contract value is approximately $2 million.
