Renovation of a municipal facility in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The deposit will be retained by the Owner as, and for, liquidated damages in case the successful bidder fails to enter in said contract and furnish the required bonds provided for in the specifications within the time required. Deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the Contract and required bonds. The City of Guthrie reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the best interests of the City of Guthrie All bids will be evaluated by staff. Recommendations of award shall be based on the lowest and best responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the specifications herein and whose bid is considered to be the best value for the City of Guthrie.
