**The project was awarded to Premier Building Restoration for $129,257.91.** The (Owner) Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (hereafter known as PHS) partnering with the Neighborhood Garden Trust (hereafter known as NGT) and the construction management representation for both entities through BFW Group (hereafter known as BFW) for this project is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to your firm (Bidder) for the modification of a standing brick structure located at 4731 Warrington Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143. The scope of work entails the partial demolition and restoration of the Warrington Garden Wall. The wall is approximately 24 feet in height on the garden side (height varies slightly throughout. A zoning variance was approved to lower the wall height to 12 feet measuring from the garden side of the structure. Pointing, mortar repair/placement, vegetation removal, and stone capping for the wall are also essential parts of the project. Additional details and specifications of regarding the scope of The Project are outlined on the supplemental documentation sent with this RFP.
