Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Portage, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

The overall scope of the Project includes: (A) a new bulk transload facility (Berth 5); (B) dock and apron improvements (Berths 16 and 17); and (C) new truck marshalling yard, at the Port, Portage, Porter County, Ind. The scope of work for professional consulting services includes construction management, materials testing, and observation services for all the project work described above. FASTLANE Construction Management - A1, B3, & C A professional services agreement for this work shall be awarded or rejected upon conclusion of negotiations with the selected consulting firm in accordance with procedures described in the RFP and at the sole discretion of POI.
