Site work and paving for a civil project in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include installation of approximately 6,609 LF of 6-16-inch PVC waterline, 6,114 LF 8-18-inch gravity PVC Sanitary Sewer, 3,840 LF of 4-12-Inch PVC sanitary force main, 2,536 LF 24-54-inch RCP storm sewer, and 9,500 SY of 6-8-Inch concrete pavement. Project site is located via State Highway 288 along County Road 56. Start date: Anticipated start date is End of September 2020. Contract time: one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. 6) Bid security: A Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid, made payable to the Owner. 7) Bonds: Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds, for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, will be required.
