Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and elderly care / assisted living facility.
Upgrades and replacement of the fire alarm system in five Hospital pavilions: Philippe-Lapointe (Long-Term Care centre), Joannette (Hospital), Duquette (Administrative building), Boiler building and Pavillon K (Clinic). The project may be implemented by construction packages. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Project was put on hold pending funding and required approvals for an indefinite period.
