The work to be done generally includes demolition and debris removal, courtyardconstruction at the Encinitas Senior Center identified in the Bid Set supplied by RRMDesign. It is the Proposer's sole responsibility to contact the City's online bid management provider (PlanetBids at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic Proposal, etc. City offices are closed on alternate Fridays and Holidays. Q and A Deadline Sep 14,2020 3:00PM Liquidate Damage - $ 1,000 per day The work under this contract includes the furnishing of labor, materials, services, and transportation, except as specifically excluded, which is required for the completion of the project in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. Project Estimate: $70,000 The Contractor shall diligently perform the work to completion by December 23, 2020. Rain or other unanticipated construction delays can be considered a reasonable delay. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00/day will be assessed if the work exceeds the designated completion time without a reasonable delay. Reasonable delay requests must be submitted to the City in writing
