Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in The Plains, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of the project consists of 1) a 47' x 50' concrete slab basketball court without pole and hoop, 2) a wood frame 20' x 40' shelter house with concrete slab floor, and 3) a 100 amp electric service to the shelter house with outlets and fixtures. Bidders are hereby notified that the project is subject to all ODNR NatureWorks policies and procedures, including prevailing wages. Bids on all 3 project components should be listed separately and bids will be accepted on any single project component. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of a bond as required in Ohio Revised Code 153.54 (A) with a satisfactory surety or accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten (10%) per cent of the amount of the proposal by a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1305 and 153.54. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. As of May 14, 2024, construction is complete.
