Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes but not limited to the installation of One (1) Epoxy Coated Bolted Steel Ground Storage Tank and the demolition and removal of Two (2) Galvanized Bolted Steel Ground Storage Tanks, and Appurtenances. Contractor is to provide all materials, equipment, and labor for the installation of 219,000-gallon GST and the exterior recoating of 15,000-gallon HPT No. 1. Includes yard piping, site grading and electrical appurtenances. Complete in Place. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
