As of 10/01/2020 Source is not sure of the start date. Funding for this project comes from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and OPWC. Contractors must be ODOT pre-qualified. The completion date for this project is September 3, 2021. Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Service Department and now on file in the City Service Center, for use by the prospective bidder. Said work shall be subjected to the prevailing rate of wages as established by the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents. The proposed work generally consists of the following: o reconstruction of approximately 2050' of existing two lane roadway and overlay of approximately 1250' of roadway o drainage improvements o Traffic Signal controller upgrade and video detection installation o 2100 Lin.Ft. of 12" waterline replacement o 57 Water Services replaced o 221 Lin.Ft. of sanitary sewer extension reconstruct asphalt roadway from limestone st. to murray st. and resurface from murray st. to cedarview dr. upgrade ada ramps where required. drainage improvements to separate storm from combined sewer inlcude new basins, laterals and limited storm sewer main. utility work includes sanitary sewer lining and water main lowering.
