Wor-Wic Community College Water Tower Painting and Logo Installation. Solicitation Type - Public Notice The City of Salisbury is soliciting proposals for the repainting of the Wor-Wic Community College water tower (Steel Tank), which is a circa 2003 elevated water tank. This tank has a 150' tall support column with a nominal diameter of 30'; with a bowl that is 52' tall with a nominal diameter of 40'. The overall capacity of the tank is 500,000 gallons. The repainting work to be performed at this time is the removal of existing paint and proper surface preparation prior to application of a protective coating to the exterior and interior surfaces (excluding the interior bowl).
