**As of October 30, 2020, project has not been awarded. This solicitation is in Evaluation, pending funding.** The Papago Military Reservation, PPMR, building M5320 located at 5636 E. McDowell Rd requires the existing courtyard and parking area to be regraded and repaved. The original facility was constructed in 1936. Due to the age of the facility, current parking area and courtyard floods and has caused damaged to sections of the building. The execution of this project will help eliminate the current issues. Scope of Work for this project is for Grading and Drainage Repairs. Non-revocable bid security payable to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total bid price is required. This security shall be in the form of bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. Bid security must be attached electronically/digitally with bid documents, upon request a hard copy shall be mailed or hand delivered to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs Procurement Office, to the attention of the Procurement Officer. The successful Offeror is required to furnish security to guarantee faithful performance of the contract in the amount of 100% of the total contract value. This security may be in the form of a Performance Bond, Postal Money Order, Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or Cashier's Check. All Performance bonds must be executed on SPO Form 302 or equivalent. The Contractor shall provide non-revocable security solely for the protection of all persons supplying labor and/or material to the Contractor or any subcontractor in the performance of work related to the contract. Each payment bond shall be no less than 100% of the total contract price and made payable to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs. Payment security shall be in the form of a Payment Bond, Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Cashier's Check. All Payment bonds must be executed on SPO Form 303A.
