As of February 21, 2022, an engineer has been selected for the project. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Fairview requests proposals, from qualified firms or individuals, for furnishing professional engineering services for design of the NE Halsey St & Fairview Prkwy Roundabout Design Project. The City is seeking professional engineering services for assistance in the following specialty areas: 1. Provide a complete design, including plans and specifications, for the NE Halsey St & Fairview Prkwy Roundabout Design Project. 2. Correspond/Coordinate with Multnomah County. The City of Fairview reserves the right: 1. To reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public bidding procedures. 2. To postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from date of proposal opening. 3. To waive informalities in the proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
