The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant or team of consultants to assist the City with site development planning, environmental clearances and permitting, engineering design, and construction support for the Harbor Master Road Spit Development Project. The following Scope of Services describes the specific tasks to be performed by the Consultant. If the consultant believes that the project can be enhanced in any way by the addition of other tasks or the deletion of any specified tasks, such information should be included in the proposal. The City will authorize the selected consultant or team to proceed with specific tasks in multiple phases. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of July 29, 2020, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
