Furnishing all labor and materials for Improvements to the Elementary School Campus as shown on the drawings and specifications. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Complete sets of the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding Documents may be examined without charge from in the Architect's offices at: Martin Design 318 West Broadway Muskogee, Ok 74401 (918) 682-0900, Cell: 918-684-1608 mike@martin-design.net Or purchased at ARC Solutions 7024 East 41st Street, Tulsa (918) 663- 8100 NOTE: All Bidders must register with the Architect to receive addenda and notices. Neither the Architect nor Owner will be responsible for delays in delivery caused by the Postal Service or other carriers. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
