Questions and bid information, please email rockawaybids@rockawaytownship.org The Township is seeking quotes to provide professional Surveying and Architect-Engineer Services in conjunction with the preparation of Detail Design Site Plans and 100% Construction Plans and Specifications (Bid Documents) for Peterson Field Improvements - Multipurpose Rectangular Field. The scope of the project will generally follow the layout and features as depicted on Exhibit A: "Peterson Field 2020 Feasibility Study" Drawing C1.1 "Area 1 Site Plan & Demolition Plan" and Drawing C1.2 "Area 1 Grading and Drainage Plan." It is the intent of the Township to award the requested Professional Services at the September 8, 2020 Council Meeting. The requested services shall be completed within 90 days of notice of award. The Township intends to have 100% Construction Documents completed to go out to bid for the construction of this project no later than December 2020. Upon award, the Township will be providing the following: Boundary and Topographic survey in an Autocad.dwg file "Peterson Field 2020 Feasibility Study" Drawing C1.1 "Area 1 Site Plan & Demolition Plan" and Drawing C1.2 "Area 1 Grading and Drainage Plan" in an Autocad.dwg file. The Prevailing wage threshold (N.J.S.A 34:11-56.25 et seq.) in New Jersey is $15,444.00 for public works projects. Scope of work is provided in Attachment A (Scope of Services). A New Jersey Business Certificate (BRC) and a W-9 form will be required with quotation submitted. A list of references containing not less than five clients shall be provided with the quotation submitted. Government or School clients are preferred. Indemnification and Insurance Certification and Endorsements shall be provided to the Township and approved prior to the commencement of the contract in accordance with Attachment C. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. - Attachment C Project is to be completed within 90 days of contract acceptance, as per the Scope of Services. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
