DPS is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the parking lot at the Crosbyton, TX area office All communications and questions concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, will be made in writing only to: team2@dps.texas.gov. 8/12/2020 3:00 PM Last day to submit written questions for clarification to DPS 8/14/2020 3:00 PM Estimated date for DPS to post Question and Answer (Q&A) document to ESBD. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Replacement of parking lot as outlined in specifications. 3. Stripe/paint all areas per ADA requirements, including existing concrete ramp area. 4. Paint curbs for fire lanes and provide directional markings. 5. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 6. Repair and or replace any damaged concrete areas and curbing. 7. Replacement of existing car stops. 8. Restripe total parking areas. 9. Ensure all ADA and TAS 2012 HC Handicap Ramp comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements. 10. Ensure all ADA and TAS 2012 HC parking spaces comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements 11. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
