Renovation of a water / sewer project in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Due date for questions has been extended to Friday, April 2, 2021 at 12:00 noon Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Odor Control System Improvements at the Oakwood CSO Control Facility and Pump Station. Questions Due Date: Mar 30th 2021, 12:00 PM EDT 1. Package A consist of the replacement of equipment and building systems, and associated electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, architectural, and structural elements as shown and specified. General Work includes: a. Relocation of wet well supply air fans to improve maintenance access; b. Modification of roof system above three odor control carbon filters to allow for proper maintenance of units; c. Replacement of FRP fan curb caps for fans to remain at CSO Basin; and d. Modification of controls, ductwork, and equipment serving sanitary pump station room and wet well to maintain proper space pressure controls and required airflows. 2. Package B consists of the following components: a. Installation of conduit, wiring, fiber optic equipment & wiring, media converters, backup UPS system, and other incidental work to install an Operator Interface Terminal in the CSO Basin Lab area which has access to Ovation SCADA and allows operator input to change system operations. b. This includes electrical, SCADA, and other trades as required to fully integrate the Operator Interface Terminal to SCADA Term Contract: 455 days from Notice to Proceed
