This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Great Lakes Water Authority (hereinafter referred to as GLWA or Owner) seeking proposals from a qualified engineering firm to provide study, design, and construction assistance services (the Work) for chemical disinfection, screening, and other miscellaneous improvements at the St. Aubin CSO Facility (referred to herein as the Project). Owner shall only review those proposals from Engineer and its project team/key staff (e.g. project managers, technical task leaders and quality control reviewers) that demonstrate professional engineering experience related to providing the study, design and construction assistance services on municipal wastewater treatment plant construction rehabilitation projects valued at over $5 million.
