Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Miami Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Last Day for Receipt of Questions: August 17, 2020 by 5:00 PM ET. Questions will be allowed up to 10 days before the initial deadline for submittal of Bids. Questions must be directed to arjuyudasto@miamibeachfl.gov, with a copy to the City Clerk rafaelgranado@miamibeachfl.gov. The City Commission may also reject all bids received. Days for Substantial Completion: 300 days Days for Final Completion: 30 days If the requirement applies, Bidder shall submit, WITH ITS BID, an original bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, payable to City of Miami Beach, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the Contractor within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after notice of such acceptance, enters into a written Contract with the City and furnishes the Performance and Payment Bonds, satisfactory to the City, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
