Project is a single story, Structural Steel framed Health Care Clinic on 2.5 acres. Project design will plan for and accommodate a future expansion to the west. The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes have entered into an agreement with Indian Health Services to deliver a clinic that provides the following services: Physical Therapy, Optometry, Radiology, Ultrasound, Mammography, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Primary Care and Out Patient Operatory services.
