Reference number : 1393660 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-08-10 The Municipality of Sainte-Sophie is requesting bids for the carrying out of construction work relating to the roadway repair project on several public roads. All work must be completed within 45 calendar days of contract award date. The Municipality of Sainte-Sophie is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the site and it is the bidders' responsibility to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their bid. Each of the tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, valid for a period of 45 days from the date and time limit fixed for the receipt of tenders, issued in favor of the "Municipalité de Sainte-Sophie" in the form of: bid bond at a lump sum of 10% of the value of the bid including taxes established according to the BNQ form 1809-900 / H by an insurer holding an insurer's license recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers and authorizing it to practice the activity of surety in Quebec. The Municipality does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, in particular when it judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
