Site work for a water / sewer project in Rock Port, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: BID SECTION 1: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, supervision, and tools necessary to sand blast and re-coat the exterior of the Rock Port water tower and install exterior safety/rehabilitation improvements and all associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. ALTERNATVE A: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, supervision, and tools necessary to sand blast and re-coat the interior of the Rock Port water tower and install interior safety/rehabilitation improvements and all associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum, with an alternate. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Olsson, Inc., 1301 Burlington Street, Suite 100, North Kansas City, MO 64116. Due to budget issues the City of Rock Port has $64,300.00 of funds available for payment prior to December 31, 2020 with the remainder available after January 1, 2021. Contractor to account for a possible delay in payment in their bids.
