Renovation of a military facility in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project will provide structural improvements and upgrades to the Newport Readiness Center facility, too, Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) facility standards to withstand major seismic events or other natural disasters, per attached drawings and specifications. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $1.1 to $1.3 million Project start date: 30 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. Substantial completion: 330 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed Final completion: 365 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed Liquidated damages will not apply to the contract resulting from this ITB.
