Site work for a water / sewer project in Geneva, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for the construction of Samson High School Drainage Improvements. Work of the Project consists of, in general, the construction of approximately 165 LF of 12 HDPE Storm Pipe, 3 drainage structures, 138 SY of 6 concrete, minor grading, sod and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work. The Owner requires the project to be completed within forty five (45) consecutive calendar days. Envelopes containing bids must be delivered to at 606 South Academy Street; Geneva, Alabama 36340 and addressed as follows: Samson High School Drainage Improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. All bidders shall submit, upon request, a list of projects successfully completed in the last 3 years, having at a minimum the same scope of work and approximate construction cost as specified in this project. All bidders must comply with requirements of the Contractor Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work on which the proposal is submitted No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
