PAVING Construct 25 feet wide 7-inch thick P.C.C. pavement with integral curb, together with inlets and appurtenances and perform all other work necessary or incidental. The Work will be substantially complete within 40 working days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractor's obligations under the Contract.
