A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** The work of this single-bid project includes renovation of LC4-LC5, new electrical main switchgear and transformer replacement, fit out of one Data Room, asbestos abatement; new electrical, data & IT, new ductwork and air handling units, new ceilings, including custom curved stamped metal panels and other finishes, including new acoustical treatments. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
