Renovation of an educational facility in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be emailed to Christiaan Cavallaro at christiaan.cavallaro@stpete.org no later than 12:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2020. Bidders must attach all required forms as a single PDF, except for the Bid Pricing Page, which must be attached as a separate Excel document, unless directed otherwise. Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to fabricate, furnish, deliver, and install a single-story modular building, including foundation, ramp and stairs per scope of services, site plan and requirements for United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of St. Petersburg Housing and Community Development (COSP-HCD). The building shall be installed, fully functional and ready for use by staff and students on November 30, 2020. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
