Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sherwood, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Any change in bid opening location will be announced through the Addenda process. The Project consists of approximately 1340 SY of sidewalk improvements and associated ramps, driveway repairs, sodding, and miscellaneous items. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. Also, work added or remaining shall be at the same unit price as submitted in the proposal. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Davidson Engineering, 210 W. Arch Ave., Searcy, AR, 72143, Phone: 501-388-2178, email: bear@davidsonengineers.com. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays by appointment, and may view or obtain copies of the Bidding Documents at portal. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed . Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and accept the proposal deemed to be for their best interest.
