Estimated start date is 10/20/2020 but no completion date provided.** Marion County MSTU Department is currently seeking qualified contractors, this project involves resurfacing of approximately 13.60 miles of minor local road sections in Marion Oaks Units 4, 6 and 10. Resurfacing work is to include roadway prep, crack sealing, leveling, shoulder removal, temporary striping, permanent thermoplastic striping, and stabilizing all areas disturbed during construction. All other contract related work must be completed within 120 days. Liquidated damages will begin to be imposed if there are any outstanding contract items remaining incomplete except for thermoplastic striping after 120 days.
