(EST)} The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to remove existing shingle roof of the work shop (approx. 5,500 ft2) and replace with a 5V crimp metal roof at Webb WMA SCDNR makes no guarantees as to the correctness of the information and materials identified in this specification. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to ascertain the full extent of this job. Please come prepared to go onto the roof and/or any other area that will help facilitate completing your response to the bid. SCDNR shall not be liable for any injuries resulting from any measurement activities. Webb WMA is located off Augusta Stagecoach Rd., approximately 2.5 miles from Garnett, which is south of Estill near the intersection of Hwy 321 and Hwy 119. The address for the project is 1282 Webb Avenue Garnett, SC 29922. All work shall be completed not later than October 1st , 2020. In the event of inclement weather that may delay the completion of the work, an additional day will be allowed for each day of inclement weather that prevented work from being accomplished. Contractor must be a Licensed SC General Contractor. Contractor shall not have any claims, judgments and or orders against them. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Award will be made to one Offeror.
