Mobilize to work area: Within three (3) calendar days after notification via Sub-order Complete all work excluding hot mix asphalt ("HMA") and landscaping: Within three (3) calendar days from mobilization for Drain Repairs. Complete all HMA and landscaping work: Within twenty-one (21) calendar days from mobilization for Drain Repairs. The work for which proposals are invited consist of drain repairs within the City's right of way between the area South of Fullerton Ave to Roosevelt Rd, not including Roosevelt Road. This work includes but is not limited to excavating, removing and disposing of material, both wet and dry; tree stump removal and disposal; furnishing, placing and removing sheeting, bracing and timbering; pumping, fluming and removing water and sewage; furnishing and placing mortar, brick, granular embedment and vitrified clay and ductile sewer pipe, fittings and stoppers; backfilling with trench backfill; placement of concrete base coarse and Asphalt Pavement, placing four inches of topsoil and hydro-seeding in existing parkway grass areas as described in the detailed specifications, including all appurtenant work and accessories, to the complete satisfaction of, approval and acceptance by the City.
