The works include (but are not limited to): exterior preparatory work for the construction of a new parking lot and the development of paths and trails; interior refurbishment works in the existing building on several levels and in the main entrance; partial demolition work on the cladding of the rear facade of the building; construction work on 48 housing units at the Villa du Parc de la Paix including a large communal cafeteria as well as spaces dedicated to tenants in the basement; civil works through the Peace Park for connection to the City's infrastructures located on Boulevard St-Joseph; demolition work, modifications and connections in the existing building; the outdoor complex work including sidewalks, roadways, rest areas, concrete slabs, stormwater retention structures and drain the sanitary sewer lines and storm the conduct of aqueduct, all underground electrical conduits, concrete borders and bituminous coating of surfaces, all excavation work for electrical accessories, pavement marking, exterior signage, sodding, all earthwork, site repair and landscaping work.
